I hate the phrase "unexplained infertility." My mind rages at the thought that in the year 2008 there are things and operations within our reproductive organs that are "unexplained". We have made huge advances in science and medicine over the past 10 years. Hell, we can clone a dog! So, why can't someone tell me why I can't get pregnant without assistance and why isn't someone working to fix it? It just seems like no one is interested in the cause and the cure -- only in the resulting end game of creating babies -- one IVF at a time. Am I off-base to expect reproductive endrocronologists to actually cure us of our disease-- not just give us a band-aid?
